Hello,
This is my post about the Baby Car and Tricycle as I am a Friend of Sylvanian Families. This is a wonderful epoch product and it comes with in total: 1 car, 1 tricycle, 1 watering can, 1 spade and 2 pieces to attach onto the back of each baby cart ( pictured below). It is a wonderful pocket money toy for collectors of all ages and children could play with this product for hours on end going on adventures with our friends, the sylvanians! The tricycle comes with a teddy molded in plastic at the front and the mini car steering wheel actually turns which makes it realistic! Overall, I would recommend this product as it is suitable for all ages and it is just an adorable set to add to any sylvanian collection, however big or small! Hope to see you on the next post! Hello,
As some of you may know from twitter, I recently went to the sylvanian shop and it was just as good as ever with the beautiful displays and friendly staff, making it such a wonderful day! And as quite a few of you will know, it is not possible to leave the sylvanian shop without buying anything so some of the more observant of you may notice a few more figures&families being added to my families and figures pages and at the bottom of this post there is a picture of what I bought! Unfortunately, the sylvanian shop are fast running out of quite a few items so I was very lucky to buy the things I bought! I also visited St Johns School (pictured below) that had the sylvanian St Johns school was based on. It is very close to the sylvanian shop. There also used to be a primrose nursery that had the sylvanian primrose nursery based on that as well! I would highly recommend any sylvanian collector to visit the sylvanian shop as it's such a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. As well this you can buy harder to find items or discontinued things! In my opinion it's the best shop in the world!! Hope to see you soon and keep your eyes out for some more pictures on my travels section! Willow Cottontail ;-) Hello and Happy Valentines day to those who celebrate!
I hope that you like my pictures of the wedding couple and I hope to see you soon! Willow Cottontail ;-) Hello,
Hope that you are all well! This post is a review of the chocolate Labrador family that I received as a friend of sylvanian families so thank you Sylvanian Families UK for them! Unfortunately, they are out of the current range but I know you can get them from the sylvanian shop and from second hand auction sites! Anyway, this is an adorable family that come in charming outfits in epoch packaging so they have flat hands. They are a farming family in Sylvania who enjoy making jams! I would highly recommend this product to any collector of any age as this is an adorable family with lots of personality and they come in cute outfits (especially Hector Hunter- Smyth- the child boy) See you on the next post! Hope you like this post and see you next time! Hello and welcome to this years Christmas story! Some of you may know that this is mine and sylvanian memories 3rd collaboration at Christmas time so please check out her story on her amazing website on the link below! Enjoy and Merry Christmas and a happy new year! Misty and Hollie ;-) One crisp winters morining in Sylvania, in the Waters household, Misty was just coming off the phone from her best friend Holly on one of their weekly chats as they lived many miles apart, when her parents let through a gust of wind to let the Christmas tree in! They had just been to the sylvanian woods to chose it themselves while Misty was standing in the hallway and her parents could not believe how long they were talking to each other for, they were the most talkative in the whole of Sylvania! Her mum, Nancy Waters, then asked for her to go out and buy some bread from the bakery as she would be busy all day putting the Christmas tree up and other decorations so Misty gladly said yes. Misty then decided to go out to look for Hollie's Christmas present, a present for each member of their family as well as the bread as she had not yet got them anything. So Misty put on her favourite winter woollies along with her bag and walked along the paths of Sylvania. The first shop that she came across was the Watermill Bakery but Misty could smell the aromas before she could actually see the bakery itself! Once Misty was inside the Bakery, she saw Benjamin Underwood take out some fresh bread out of the oven so Misty asked if she could buy that one but before she left she also spotted a biscuit that looked like her brother so she decided to buy that as well as his Christmas present! Misty then told him about the meet up that they were all going to go to around the Christmas tree on Christmas eve. They might even sing some carols but she said that it must be kept a secret from Hollie as she was coming over to spend Christmas with Misty and her family but she was not expecting all her other friends to turn up for a party! And we all know how Hollie Wildwood loves a party! Benjamin then said that of course he and his family would come. Misty then made her way to the sylvanian town square to look for any other presents , when she bumped into Ernest Evergreen, the great sylvanian inventor! Misty asked him what he was doing and he said that he was repairing the tiles with his spade then she spotted that he had two! She then asked if she could have one to give her dad this Christmas as he loves building things as well and of course he said yes! After looking around the sylvanian square for a while but not finding anything of interest, Misty walked to the Blackcurrant cafe where she bumped into Spring Vandyke so they decided to have a hot chocolate to warm them up! Marion was having a day off so Nanny Timbertop was incharge of the cafe so Misty asked them both if they could come to the meet up on Chrsitas eve and they both said that they would love to come and welcome Hollie! Just as they were about to leave and put on their winter wollies to face the cold, Misty noticed the beautiful fresh flowers on the side and she asked if she could take them home to give to her mum for Christmas as she loves wild flowers and of cource she said that she could! Back at home, Misty started thinking about what she could get for Hollie as she was now the only person that she had not got a present for when she saw all of the lovely photos on the fireplace. She thought that she would get her a photo frame with a photo of them inside so even when they were miles apart, she could always be with her! Just a few days later, it was Christmas eve and Hollie came over in her festive Christmas outfit with Misty's present that she had got in the village store. Much to her suprise she was greeted by many of her sylvanian friends around a Christmas tree with a thick layer of snow on the ground for a very festive feel! Throughout that day, Hollie and Misty had a wonderful time carol singing and playing with their sylvanian friends in the snow, they could not wait until tomorrow when they would open each others Christmas present! But the best Christmas present of all was that they could be together this Chrsitmas! The end!
And Merry Christmas from the whole of my Sylvanian village! Hello,
This post is about a wonderful, festive set that I got as a 'Friend of Sylvanian Families' and I would highly reccomend this product as a Christmas gift for sylvanian collector (possibly younger collectors of sylvanians). It comes with a lovely Freya Chocolate in a cheerful red outfit with a red Christmas hat, a Christmas tree and gold and silver accesories to put on it, a snowman, presents and plenty of other pieces like a star to go on top of the tree! It also comes with a sheet of things to make up yourself (pictured below) so you can fold the presents, fold cards and press out christmas paper wreaths! On the snowman/snowbunny there is a small hole at the front so you can put in a christmas decoration of your choice (so you can change it) as pictured below with the accessory in! Overall, I would reccomend this product as a Chrsitmas gift for a sylvanian collector or just for your-self as it comes with a good balance of accesories and a figure! Hope you like this post and Merry Christmas! Willow Cottontail ;-) Hello, This is a story about the Walnut Squirrel family that I received from Sylvanian Families UK (as a friend of sylvanian families) and follows up my last review of them. I really hope that you like the story and that you may be persuaded to get this wonderful family if you have not already! See you next time, Willow Cottontail ;-) It was autumn in the sylvanian village so the leaves were dancing gracefully to the ground to announce that winter was coming. Everyone was dressing up warm in their festive winter wollies and warming up inside like the Walnut squirrel family... He did not intend to knock over the paints or spill the soup on Freya or even the other 101 accidents that involved him so when his mother gave him a look of disapproval he bowed his head, waiting to be told off for the one hundred and second time but all he heard was, "Tut, tut, tut! You need to become more like your sister here who has already started her homework and not got into mischievous business again." There was a long pause while Saffron modestly gleamed until she was the colour of her of her golden dress before her mother continued,"You're a cheeky monkey!" Saffron and Yardley wrapped themselves in a blanket of silence- there was nothing else to be said. Moments later, a strong brisk gust of wind poured into the room followed by heavy thumps of wellington boots, then leaves and a trail of mud. Then Cedric boomed, "Oh hello , how nice to see you all, especially my golden girl!" Saffron just smiled at all of this attention but then Ralph had an idea! Just as Yardley was about to nag her husband , Cedric, for bringing in half of the garden with him as well as a basket of fresh, homegrown vegetables, she was interrupted by Ralph saying,"Can I please go out for a bit, I won't be too long and when I come back I will be a good as gold? Please!" After glancing at one another, his parents reluctantly said "As long as you stay out of trouble!" Then with that, he was off! Only 5 minutes later, Ralph had arrived at the Sylvanian woods ,that was on the other side of the village, out of breath as he had pushed his wheel barrow all of the way there. He then swiftly set off on his mission to impress his parents by finding real gold! After two hours of non- stop digging, Ralph finally had to give up. He then slouched down to rest by a nearby tree. Only then did he realise what a mess he had made and how much soil he had digged up for no reason except to find an old fork that he briefly cleaned and placed in his wheel barrow. Reluctantly, Ralph hauled himself up from his seating position to clean up the mess that he had made before glumly dawdling home without any gold! On his long walk back, out of the corner of his eye Ralph spotted something golden, it was honey! He was glad that he had found something like real gold that he had almost tripped over his wheel barrow so he went to ask Horace Honey, “Can I please have some of your delicious honey for my parents?” Ralph tried to put on an innocent face like his sister but what Horace said was, “You may have some of my delicious honey if you earn it and help me make some more as it’s harder than you think to make.” Ralph only thought about this for a moment before asking what he could do to help!
“I hope you don’t mind me saying that Ralph has been as good as gold helping me collect my honey, I couldn’t have done it without him!” Everyone was startled by this as they had not realised that Horace had walked in after Ralph (it was a pleasant surprise though) and especially Ralph as he had just realised what real gold was! Ralph then explained everything that had happened to his family about trying to find them durable gold to helping out Horace as a trade for some golden honey to just realising what real gold was- being kind, helpful “And having all of your loved ones around you!” Finished his mother and then they all hugged a long, loving hug. Only when Ralph’s stomach grumbled as it has not eaten in hours did the hug end. They all then came up with the idea that they would all make vegetable and honey pie for them all to share using the home-grown vegetables from the garden and homemade honey! After quite a bit of teamwork, the pie was finally on the table and Horace and Ralph were discussing how they were going to improve and expand the beekeeping business by selling honey and vegetable pie that tasted delicious! Ralph had now learnt his lesson that you do not need durable gold to have happiness and that instead what you really need has been there all along, a loving family and friends! Thank you for reading and I hope that you like it!

See you then! Willow Cottontail :-) Hello and goodbye (only for a while) as I am going on holiday so I won't be active with this website or with my social media accounts.
Hope that you have a good time while I am away and see you when I get back! Willow Cottontail ;-) Hello,
Here are just a few pictures that I managed to put together to celebrate Rio 2016 Olympics that will be happening this summer so I hope that you like them and that you are having a good summer! Also, I have updated my families and figures pages so if you have not looked at them yet, take a look as I was not happy with how they were looking so I hope you like them and that you like the new pictures! Keep your eyes out for the next post! Willow Cottontail ;-) Hello, This post is about the sylvanian families aqua beads set that I got to review as I am a 'Friend of Sylvanian Families' so thank you Sylvanian Families UK for them! This is a lovely set that comes with 600 beads which is just the right amount to make everything in the set and it comes with the instructions (pictured below) which shows you how to make it. In order to make anything using aqua beads you also need the water pen thing and the board that you use to put the beads on which is essential but if you didn't have the other thing you could probably make do without it. There is also the templates included so you can pace the beads in the right place on the board that you make it on. So this is how I made them, it's quite simple really all you do is place them on to the board carefully and when you are happy with it you use the water accessory to put a bit of water over the beads making sure you don't put too little amount of water over it as if you don't put enough on then it won't stick but you just add a bit more water and leave it again for an hour. To get them off I used a blunt knife to get them off the base but you don't have to, it's up to you as you can just peel them off. You repeat this process for all of the aqua beads and eventually they look like... This! This is what I made with the lovely pack and they are an adorable make suitable for any age as I really enjoyed making them and I am an older sylvanian collector! Hope that you like this post and see you next time!
