Hello everyone! Here are some pictures of my travels to a city called Nancy in France that is known for the "Place Stanialas" which was beautiful and we were particularly lucky as the weather was so nice. I hope to be posting some more soon so still keep reading :) Enjoy and please feel free to contact me! Love Sylvanian Time x "Bonjour" said Mrs Underwood!

Back in Kennith's office in the Rose Theatre it was all go go go for he was finalising the stage layout and how the magic carpet would fly! Aladdin and Jasmine preparing for the magic carpet scene! "A whole new world!"Hope you enjoyed the pictures and see you on the next post!
Sylvanian Time x Hello, today's post is about what the children in the Underwood household when their parents went out to go to the shop, enjoy!
Everything pictures above is included in the set When I opened this product I was pleasantly surprised at how much there was inside and how big it is when you put the tree together. It is great value for money as you get a figure and the tree house which would be great to play with. My younger self would have adored this baby series, along with many other little girls and boys! This makes a great Christmas present or birthday present for any sylvanian collector as it comes with both the tree house and it also comes with the baby brother Ambrose Walnut. The cradle at the top also swings which is simply adorable(pictured above) as well as the swing which is hung from the branch. There are many different ways to play with this product. The slide is also another great play feature where sylvanian babies can wizz down the slide to play and they can then climb up the wooden step ladder and race to the top! The wooden stall and chair are particullarly cute and very "Sylvanian" like. When the babies stick their heads out of the tree it makes your heart melt as it's just too cute!! I really hope that you like the autumn pictures above and consider buying/buy this adorable product, it is available from all good sylvanian retailers or online. In the links below, you can buy the product. At the moment from Sylvanian UK they have free postage and it currently only costs £14.99 which is great value for a sylvanian product as it comes with a figure and a large play house so it's ready to play with. It looks like they have low stock so I'd buy soon if you're looking for Christmas, birthdays or just because and then get free postage which always goes down well!
Happy shopping and I hope to see you all on the next post! Sylvanian Time x P.S: please leave any comments or thoughts below :) Hello there sylvanian friends! I hope that you've all had a lovely summer, I certainly have and here is a review of the lovely brand new baby choo-choo train. I am very excited about this product and I would have absolutely adored this when I was little as I loved all things for the babies and I'm sure many other sylvanian collectors will too. Opening...This product is a perfect gift as it comes with a baby and is therefore ideal for a birthday or Christmas present. As per usual it has the stickers to stick onto the train and track which is always fun. The attention to detail is incredible in this product and I particularly love the signal which shows red when down and blue when up so the babies can cross safely. You push the train around by hand around the track. On a collectors level, I also own the older version of the baby train set (pictured in the last blog post) and loved it to pieces. I had always wanted a baby train but even though this set can only hold 2 babies at a time, it is perhaps better as I love the track and adorable station. Pictures...Overall...Overall I would very highly reccomend this product as it is ideal for playing and for collectors alike. It has hours of fun and with this new baby series little ones can get lost in their own sylvanian imagnative baby world of play.
Hello! Here is a new post on the famous Snow White and the 7 dwarfs on this lovely Sunday morning. I really hope that you enjoy the pictures and little story! Sylvanian Time x Hello!
On the 27th of July 2015 it was the opening of my website so here is a little post to commemorate that. I can't believe that I've owned this website for 3 years, time has flown by! I hope that you are keeping your eyes peeled for future posts! I have a few planned for this month as it's the summer so I have more sylvanian time! See you on the next post! Hello!
Today's review is of the brand new street lamp from the new sylvanian town and they are absolutely lovely!! They really set out an atmosphere and I would highly recommend these for diorama builders and any collector as they really complete any sylvanian street. There are 2 settings which you can adjust to either flickering or regular to create different atmospheres They look great with both the sylvanian town or any display (I have put mine up in the park). I was pleasantly surprised to see that they came with batteries so as soon as you open it, it's ready to go as sometimes it can be annoying to get batteries. I hope that you enjoy and I would highly reccomend this item for all sylvanian collector, particularly the older display builders. See you on the next post! xx Hello,
Today's post is of the Sylvanian Prom (as I'm also having my prom soon- exciting!!) All the sylvanians got dressed up in their prom dresses after having gone shopping to chose the best one and arrived in their special decorated cars. After arriving, they all ate some of the buffet with some music being played in the background and Chester Thistlethorn was even the photographer to capture this special moment and put it in the newspaper the 'Sylvanian Times'.' I hope that you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them! Hello!
This is a review of the lovely Tuxedo cat family who unusually have 2 daughters. My favorite part about this family is their costumes and I thought they looked quite posh (so I put them in my prom scene which is coming soon!) All 4 figures have a different pattern of black on them as you can see in the pictures below the 2 children have different patterns. This is one of my favourite new families as their costumes are so intricate. I hope that you enjoyed this post and I hope to see you soon as I have a lot of plans to put up on Sylvanian Time after the Summer so stay tuned! See you on the next post! xx Hello everyone, Here I am again with another post on an exciting day out that I went on with Sylvanian Families UK to celebrate the new town with the world's smallest cat walk! It was a lovely day and if you can I would highly recommend going to one near you as they are still on tour and they are also in Hamleys toy shop window in London so pop along to have a look, it's simply adorable! I hope you like this post, please feel free to leave a comment:) Location...The sylvanians on tour are based in shopping centres. They have lifesize displays of the new town so you feel like you're actually there yourself! They even had the lampshades (as featuring in the new town.) Characters...There was a character "meet and greet" to have your picture taken with them and they even had Stella Chocolate and Theodore Maple. You then received a bag with sylvanian goodies in! The catwalk...So here it is the famous catwalk that the figures actually moved around in and the sylvanians at the side were supposedly watching them and taking pictures so there were little lights to pretend that the flash went off, too cute!! The outfits came from a range of inspiration from the 80's disco to Victorian to a wedding dress and the attention to detail was amazing! Unfortunately though these dresses are not for sale as they were made specially for the catwalk. Displays...There was a display of the brand new town with the tram that actually moved... I really hope that you enjoyed this post and if you aren't able to make it to see the catwalk that you are more informed about it now. See you next post! xx
Hello everybody! I hope that you are all well and having a good February:) It's lovely to be back with another post about this very exciting Brand New sylvanian families town event that I went to recently. I don't know how much any of you have heard about the new town but if you don't know that much about it it's essentially the new range that epoch are bringing out where sylvanians can visit at the weekend where her new older sister Stella lives. The day was brilliant and it was so lovely to see so many friendly faces there, it really made the day! If you went then I hope that you had a lovely day and if not then hopefully the pictures can inform you what the day was about, so... I went in the afternoon session so after arriving and collecting a special sylvanian lanyard we went in and the day ran as follows: - at 1:30 it opened -2-2:25 town mascot show -3:40-4:00 village movie premiere (a new animated sylvanian film based in the new town, pictured below!) -4:10-4:30 village mascot show It was in a lovely location and it fitted in very much so with the new range in the town and in side the interior was beautiful! There was a sofa in "Stella's designer studio" where you can have your picture taken along with some new large display figures in the new town clothing. There were also many big display boards,a craft station where there was a brand new competition for all little ones to have a go to design a dress for Freya, complementary croissants and tea and of course play tables. There were also lovely displays showing off the new range and even a moving tram (all pictured below) and there was a display with some of the costumes to give children an idea as to what type of outfit they could design for Freya. I hope that you liked this post and please comment if you have any thoughts. See you next post! Sending sylvanian hugs! xoxo Hello,
I hope that you are all well and having a lovely January! Last Saturday, for Sylvanian Memories' birthday we went to the sylvanian shop together and here are some pictures that I took. It was such a good day and I would highly reccomend visiting to any sylvanian collector, such lovely staff and it makes a lovely sylvanian day out! And of course the shopping!! They have many discontinued items that are flair, tomy, the old japanise style etc which makes it great as you can't buy a lot of the stuff here elsewhere which makes it even more special! As some of you may remember I went for the past 2 years as well and I was very lucky! The link is below to see the reviews. Lastly thank you to Sylvanian Memories and I'm sure that you had a great day like me and it was a great way to celebrate such a special birthday! I hope that maybe you might be able to visit too! See you next post! xx Hello Everyone, Hope that you are all well and had a lovely break over the Christmas period! Today is a review of the Sylvanian Families Club figures, enjoy! For the new Sylvanian Families fan club you can now choose one of either the adorable Melinda or Freya which each come in their own collectors box (all 4 released since 2015 are pictured below). Melinda comes in a lovely pink and white dress with a chefs hat, ideal to go with the brand new cake shop. Freya comes in a lovely dress and hat and she is simply adorable! The fan club includes either one of these figures along with 4 magazines per year, a membership certificate, a birthday card and lots more! It's a perfect present to buy little ones (and bigger ones like myself!) so then they can not only have a gift but also enjoy it all year round! Highly recommended :)
Hello, I hope that you are all well! Firstly, may I just say Merry Christmas, I hope that you all have a lovely festive season and I'm sorry that I have not been active recently, I have just been so busy with everything but I really hope that this story makes up for it as I have worked so hard on taking the pictures and making the thatre! This is the second part of a story that was started by Sylvanian Memories, a fellow blogger and we are very close friends too! Enjoy and Merry Christmas form me and all of my sylvanians! xx
Hello!
As some of you may know from Social Media, it was my Birthday recently so here is are some pictures to celebrate :-) The first one is of Rocky Babblebrook and Taylor Timbertop receiving lots of Misty's birthday presents through the post and the second one, top right is of Summer Evergreen and Scarlett Slydale keeping Misty distracted while the party celebrations continue. The bottom left one is of when Pearl Babblebrook managed to get in the kitchen, adding a "little bit of this and a little bit of that!" Then the bottom right one is on Misty's birthday! Hope that you have a lovely week! Misty Walters x Hello,
This post is about when I went to hamleys toy shop in London and what I thought about the sylvanian section that they have there. At hamleys there were a lot of adorable displays and a wide range of epoch sylvanian families. There was also a Ralph Walnut to have your photo taken with so if you are passing by then I would recommend to have a look in! Hope you enjoy the pictures and I will see you soon on the next post ;-) Hello everyone!
Following up from my review of the lighthouse last month, here are a few summery pictures of the lighthouse's grand opening and the sylvanians even put bunting up to celebrate! Hope that you are all having a lovely summer whatever you are up to :-) Hello, Two years ago to this very day the 27th of July 2017, Sylvanian Memories and I set up this website and ever since I have been posting! It has been an AMAZING 2 years and I have learnt so much about not only sylvanians, also photography and generally technology in general as before this I hadn't really touched a computer for leisure time! If I had to choose one time that was the most Special I would choose the Sylvanian Weekend as it means so much to me to see all of the same friendly faces every year (I did a post on it last month). I really hope that Sylvanian Time gets better and better and I have many plans that are still to be revealed so keep your eyes peeled and please do feel free to leave a comment- it really does mean a lot to me to know that people appreciate what I do and love! Here's to another great year of Sylvanian Time! Some pictures of some of the highlights for me over the past 2 years and hopefully some of the pictures will take you down 'Memory Lane'...
Hello, Today's post is a review of the brand new Starry Point Lighthouse that has a light up tower so that you can see the Sylvanian night skies! Hope that you like this post! Packaging...The front and back of the packaging are of the night and day with the lighthouse and inside it has instructions of how to set it up and how it connects to other new products. There are many different ways in which you can connect the lighthouse to many different new products that are pictured below and my favorite is the sky ride adventure as you can attach the baby hot air balloon to the side! This really helps children's imagination to go wild while playing. Opening...Here are a few pictures of the parts of the lighthouse as I opened it as I noticed that the attention to detail was incredible! For example the cooker has a hob in the shape of a ship's steering wheel. Also, the lighthouse has many shell decorations, the floor has many different icons on it like bubbles or crabs. The sofa also looks like a shell, This all give the lighthouse a real nautical seaside feel. Slides...These are the slides that you can slide into the lighthouse so they project these pictures on your ceiling, my favorite is probably the moon one as sylvanians are flying as a silhouette in the foreground! Stickers...It also comes with stickers of seagulls, clouds and stars for you to decorate the interior with. Story..It comes with an adorable story book to read to your little ones in bed which is about why the lighthouse is furnished as it is.
Overall, I would highly recommend this new product as this product allows the imagination to run wild while playing with it and down to every last detail, it feels so nautical. The projection onto the ceiling will put little ones in awe and make it feel like their sylvanians are truly coming to life! Hope to see you on the next post! :-)
Hello! Today's post is about the Sylvanian Whitchurch Weekend 2017 which seems to be better every year and this year the sun was shining really brightly! Thank you so much to Sylvanian shop for organising it yet again this year and it may be my 7th time of going to Sylvanian Weekends!!! Also, thank you to Sylvanian Memories for making it such an amazing day for me! Anyway enough of me chatting here is why the Sylvanian Weekend 2017 was so amazing... Setting...The setting of the sylvanian weekend is always so beautiful and simply sylvanian! It brings nature, family and sylvanians together. I hope this is conveyed through the pictures! The shopping is in the Gill Nethercott community centre and the marquee is on the grounds of the Silk mill which is also free (normally you pay to go in). There is a lovely lawn out the back where picnickers can sit to eat in the sun beside a stream. Characters...Throughout the day there were many characters for you to have your picture taken with which are pictured below and stickers were given out when you had your picture taken with them. I particularly love the picture of Bill Waddlington sitting beside the stream relaxing! Marquee and dances...Inside the marquee there were many activities for the little ones to take part in including modeling to make sylvanian food, aqua beads and face painting. There were also 3 dances throughout the day which the characters on stage performed a routine to different songs. Displays...This year the displays were amazing as ever and they were even displaying some of the new epoch products like the ballet theatre and light house. If you would like to see more pictures of the displays have a look at Sylvanian Weekend 2016's post (link at the bottom of this). Shopping...What you can't go home without doing a bit of (or a lot of!)... shopping! The shop this year had a variety of epoch and flair (but mostly epoch) along with the latest products. There were also exclusive mugs that had the figures from the old magazine which are gorgeous so one of those may have "fell" into my shopping basket!! You may see some new items being added to my families and figures pages from here... Goodbye...And so ends yet another AMAZING and sunny sylvanian weekend, I really hope that some of you will be able to go one day if you haven't already and if not then you have enjoyed reading about it!
See you on the next post! Stickers...It also comes with many adorable stickers that you stick onto it along with a little telephone leaflet.
I would highly recommend this product to any sylvanian collector as it is an iconic part of British heritage for Sylvania.
See you on the next post! Hello, Today's post is a review of Elsie's Ice Cream Cart that I received as I am a Friend of Sylvanian Families. It is a delightful product that comes with a bicycle and a ice cream side cart with a basket at the back, a sun parasol, ice-cream accessories and Elsie the cow mother in a striped pink dress with a pinny. Enjoy! Stickers...Included with this lovely set are some stickers that you can easily place onto the bicycle (as shown below). I'm sure that you'll agree that they look adorable! Accessories...This set also comes with over 20 intricate pieces that include 4 ice creams and 4 ice lollies as well as an ice cream scoop and of course the bicycle and figure. The ice-creams can either be placed in the 'cooler compartment' or on the outside for the sylvanians to see (as pictured below). Overall, I would highly recommend this product to any sylvanian collector due to the great balance of a figure to adorable accessories which is great and what I used to love when I was little! The figure also has a sea side themed costume, perfect for those hot days selling ice-cream down the beach in Sylvania!
See you on the next post! Hello, Hope you are all well and had a nice Easter break. Today's post is about the ice cream van that I kindly got from Sylvanian Families UK. The ice cream van is an adorable item for collectors of all ages (especially at this time of year with the sun and the summer fast approaching) and it has over 20 accessories but my favorites are probably the ice cream dispenser (explained below) and the ice cream that can have 3 scoops on. When you open the box it comes with the ice cream van which you stick the stickers onto. The ice cream dispenser is better than I ever thought it could be! With the clever design it can dispense ice cream when you put an ice cream "top" in, then press the button to let the ice cream down onto the cone (as pictured below). This is what the set comes with once all of the stickers are stuck on... Overall, I would highly recommend this product due to the attention to detail with all of the accessories which makes it look and feel like an authentic ice cream van. This product is a 'must have item' for all sylvanians for those hot sunny days!
See you on the next post! ;-) Hello,
Happy Easter! Even though it's early I thought that it would be nice for you all to get excited about Easter. You might like eating lots of chocolate, doing many Easter Egg hunts or whatever else you are going to do! Can you spot the Easter Bunny in a few of the pictures?! The babies have even found her miniature door to her house in the Sylvanian Woods! Hope you like the pictures and see you on the next post! |
